Category One: Originates from a sanitary source, such as sink overflow or broken water-supply lines. Category One Water turns into Category Two fast if left unresolved. There are very few water jobs that can classified as Category One.
Category Two: Grey water that contains significant levels of harmful bacteria. Examples include overflow from toilets, dishwashers or washing machines. Left unresolved, Category Two water will cause sickness in humans and animals and will turn into Category Three depending on length of time and temperature levels.
